Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how GetAPI subscriptions and service requests may be cancelled.

Cancellation requests

Submit requests from your registered email address. Requests are processed after account and outstanding usage verification.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a service order states otherwise.

Charges incurred before cancellation, including API usage and committed fees, remain payable.
